Chapter I, The Loss

You are losing leads
to dead silence.

Studies show responding within 5 minutes increases conversion by 9x. Most teams take 5 hours.

The response gap

Leads cool down faster than you can pick up the phone. The AI greets them before they close the tab.

Manual fatigue

Asking the same qualifying questions 50 times a day drains your best people. Let AI handle the checklist.

Booking friction

Back-and-forth emails kill momentum. The widget drops a confirmed Google Calendar invite the moment a lead is ready.

Chapter II, The Atelier

One pipeline.

Movement I

Embed with ease

A single line of JavaScript turns your site into an active listener. No CSS conflicts, the widget renders inside an iframe, and no complex integration.

Qualify in real time

The AI asks your qualifying questions one at a time, in your voice, using your knowledge base. Hot, warm, cold, scored against your rules. Every conversation is captured.

Book while you sleep

Once qualified, the agent checks your real Google Calendar free/busy and books the meeting with a Meet link. You wake up to a pipeline full of confirmed appointments.

Chapter IV, Inclusions

Everything,
considered.

Every detail that makes the agent feel like part of your team, built and tuned for your business in under a week.

Embedded chat widget

One line of JavaScript on your site. Iframe-isolated so your CSS cannot break it and it cannot leak yours.

Custom system prompt

Written for your brand, services and qualifying criteria. The agent sounds like you, not a generic chatbot.

Knowledge base

Upload your PDFs and pages, the agent answers from your real documents and never invents facts.

Google Calendar booking

Free/busy-aware slot offers, real events created with Meet links, calendar invites for you and the visitor.

Lead alerts

Hot leads ping your inbox or Slack the moment they qualify, with the full transcript and contact details.

Owner dashboard

Every conversation, every lead, every booking, searchable, exportable, scored hot / warm / cold.

Chapter V, Clarifications

Questions & answers.

What happens to visitor data?
Conversations and lead details are stored in a Postgres database (Supabase) we provision per customer. You own your data and can export anytime. We never share or train models on your data.
Does the agent really book on my Google Calendar?
Yes. You complete a one-time OAuth flow from the dashboard. The agent checks free/busy, offers slots, and creates events with a Google Meet link. The visitor and your team both receive calendar invites.
What about other calendars (Outlook, etc.)?
Google Calendar is supported today. Outlook / Microsoft 365 is on the roadmap.
Which AI model powers the chat?
Claude Sonnet 4.6 from Anthropic. Embeddings (for the knowledge base) run locally with fastembed.
Can the agent be wrong about facts?
The agent only states facts that come from your uploaded knowledge base. If it does not know, it says so and offers to put the visitor in touch with a human.
Will it conflict with my site's CSS?
No. The widget renders inside an iframe, so styles cannot leak in either direction.
